Refund policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

2. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. No refund for customized or printed products unless defective.

5. If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, full refund will be processed automatically.

6. The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 4 days .
